De-Stress Fest Events Spring 2023

Tuesday, May 2: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. De-Stress with breakfast
In Moody Lobby with Rosa’s breakfast tacos.

Wednesday May 3: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Food for Thought: lunch and hang out
Chick-Fil-A for lunch. Students from the Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program will provide de-stressing activities.

Thursday, May 4: 3 p.m.- 5 p.m. Blow off some steam at the fitness center
Pickleball, cornhole, spikeball, & volleyball.
