Upcoming HSU Alumni Events

The Alumni Engagement Office plans a variety of events throughout the year to bring HSU Alumni and friends together.  As your schedule permits, we hope you will register to join us for the events that apply to you. Pre-registration is required for most events!

  • Friday, May 1, 2026 | HSU Football Champions Dinner | Champions Weekend Dinner & Auction at the Abilene Convention Center. Come join us for dinner as we celebrate the past, present, and future of Cowboy Football. Click HERE to RSVP! 
  • Sunday, May 17, 2026 | Nashville Family Gathering | Come connect with other HSU alumni and friends over dinner at Edley’s Bar-B-Que. We will have a sweet time of fellowship. Dinner will be $10 per person, and kids 18 and under are free! Click HERE to RSVP! 
  • Friday, July 10, 2026 | HSU Night at the Texas Rangers vs Houston Astros | The first pitch will be thrown at 7:05 p.m. All HSU friends, family, alumni, students and parents are welcome to come to the game! All tickets purchased are in the Sky Porch area. Click HERE to purchase tickets! 
  • Tuesday, July 28, 2026 | HSU Night at the Amarillo Sod Poodles | The first pitch will be thrown at 7:05 p.m. All HSU friends, family, alumni, students and parents are welcome to come to the game! All tickets purchased include dinner! Check back for ticket link soon! 

HSU Family Gatherings

HSU is coming to a city near you! Connect with HSU alumni, staff, and friends over dinner. At each gathering, there will be a short program which will include an update from HSU coaches, academic deans, and or faculty/staff members.
