Communication Sciences and Disorders

A major in Communication Sciences and Disorders provides an academically challenging pre-professional education in the field of speech-language hearing pathology in preparation for graduate school or for licensure. Support courses are provided in the fields of biology, physics, and psychology that are required for professional certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Master of Physician Assistant

The HSU PA program is dedicated to academic excellence in medical education. Students can enter this professional program upon completion of a bachelor’s degree and specified prerequisite courses. The PA program will take 27 months to complete on a full-time basis.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Hardin-Simmons University is pleased to offer the entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in just 28 months. This program prepares individuals who demonstrate excellence in the practice of physical therapy and are enlightened by Christian faith and values. Service-learning is an integrated component of the curriculum.
