Hardin-Simmons University Request for Proposals for Nursing Simulation Mannequins and A/V Observation Equipment

Hardin-Simmons University is committed to advancing its educational offerings by acquiring state-of-the-art Patient Simulators, Simulation Mannequins, and Simulation A/V Debriefing Equipment. These resources will support immersive learning experiences, providing students with cutting-edge tools to develop critical skills in healthcare education and beyond.

This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.

Interested parties who provide equipment or services in the area of nursing simulations or simulation observation equipment are encouraged to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) document and the list of desired equipment types in the links below.

All proposals must be submitted electronically by February 14, 2025, to andrew.briscoe@hsutx.edu. Late submissions will not be considered. Please include “RFP for Medical Equipment – Nursing School” in the subject line of your email.
