HSU Alumni Relations plans an eventful summer for alumni, friends, and family

(ABILENE, Texas)–To kick off the summer, HSU’s Alumni Relations office hosted a family dinner on Thursday with HSU President Eric Bruntmyer. They invited alumni, current and prospective students, and even friends and family of those to attend. This event was a chance to support alumni relations and get to know more about the ever-growing family here at Hardin-Simmons. If you were unable to attend this dinner, there are still three more events being held this summer.

To celebrate the start of June, HSU Day at the Texas Rangers will be held on June 1 and is followed by HSU Day at the Houston Astros on June 15. For both games, the first 1,000 people to purchase a ticket will receive a custom Hardin-Simmons baseball cap designed for that game. The final event for the summer will be HSU Night at Texas Outdoor Musical on Friday, June 21 at Palo Duro Canyon.

All events are planned for June and may be subject to change if necessary. More details for each event can be found online on the Hardin-Simmons Alumni calendar and will be included in the monthly Alumni newsletter.
