Fireworks Advisory for April 26, 2024

Hardin-Simmons University will host its yearly birthday celebration for Gilbert the Goose on Friday, April 26, 2024. Games, food, and other merriment will begin at 8:00 p.m. in the intramural fields on campus. A fireworks show will close out the night.

The start time for fireworks is 10:00 p.m. and will last approximately 15 minutes.

Those in the surrounding neighborhoods should be prepared to hear or see fireworks Friday evening around the HSU campus. If you live in the immediate area, please take the necessary precautions to keep your pets and family safe.
