December Graduate Spotlight: Caroline Bradshaw

December 6, 2021 Sarah Harbison

Many girls dream of one day being a Disney princess. One Hardin-Simmons graduate will soon live that fairytale. Caroline Bradshaw, a December 2021 graduate, is packing her bags after graduation for the opportunity of a lifetime by attending the Disney College Program.

During her time at HSU, Caroline has balanced her time among classes, various student organizations, and multiple on-campus jobs. Cassie Mattern, Director of University Events and Caroline’s supervisor, said, “Caroline is a caring, brilliant young woman who is going to go out in the world and make magic.”

Caroline has served as President of Phi Phi Phi, helping to bring the organization from one of the smallest pledge classes to one of the largest. She ministered to others through Baptist Student Ministries and has served as a ministry team leader and member. Her passion for others is evident as she has served as a first-year mentor, stampede wrangler, as well as director of first-year mentors.

Her advice to incoming and current students is to get connected. She urged students to not forget how quickly time flies saying, “Your time here goes by incredibly fast! Get connected to make friends. You’ll learn so much from them.”

We wish Caroline the best in her future endeavors and are thankful for the magic she shared with Hardin-Simmons!
