Reading Certificate
The Master Reading Teacher is an individual who holds a Master Reading Teacher Certificate (MRTC) and whose primary duties are to teach reading and to serve as a reading mentor to other teachers.

ME.READ - Reading Specialist
This program will help you acquire the knowledge and develop the skills to contribute to the solutions of complex problems and to understand issues which are central to Texas' reading initiative. Graduates of our Reading Education program boast an all time 100 percent pass rate on the TExES exam for the Reading Specialist Certificate.
