HSU Career Services Gears Up for a New Semester

As students are getting back in the swing of things, Career Services is ready and prepared for a full semester. Career Services recently released the calendar of events for this semester and is hoping that students will take full advantage of everything the office has to offer.  

Career Services offers help to students with career planning including: career counseling and assessment, career exploration, career seminars and workshops, full-time and part-time job and internship listings, graduate school planning, and interviewing skills. The office also offers assistance in writing and producing résumés, cover letters and thank-you notes; evaluation of résumés, cover letters and thank-you notes; and library services including journals, videos, online resources and book materials related to a variety of career fields. 

This semester, Career Services will host a wide variety of events for students from finding their biggest strength to a few different career fairs. These events can give students the chance to prepare for their future with everything from résumé workshops to networking events.
