RANGE RIDER | FALL-WINTER 2017 31 Department of Physical Therapy The Physical Therapy Department (PT) is pleased to announce a 100% pass rate on the national licensure exam for physical therapy. All December 2016 PT graduates have successfully found positions in their field. Speech Camp The HSU-Abilene ISD Speech Camp provided therapy to 48 children with speech, language and social communication disorders during June. Two state licensed speech language pathologists supervised eight student clinicians as they conducted a total of 576 treatment hours of therapy to children between the ages of 3-9 years old.
