Your HSU Credentials are automatically generated when you’re accepted into HSU. The following services utilize the same credentials:
To change your password, login to HSU Central. Under the Self Service section in the right column, click on Students > User Account > Change Password.
Entering the incorrect username and password 3 times will lock out your HSU wireless access. Access is restored after 30 minutes. If you require immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

Lost username & password
If your e-mail address is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact the Registrar’s office to change the listed e-mail address.
If you require immediate support, drop by the Help Desk with your HSU ID card to reset your username and password.
To connect HSU Central to your e-mail for the first time, click on “Enter your credentials” next to the weather icon in the middle column. Enter your username and password. If you encounter problems linking the accounts, click here to re-link your e-mail to HSU Central.
