The HSU Help Desk is your primary contact for all technology related needs. We are open Monday through Friday. Hours: 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00.
We are located in Sandefer Memorial Room 303 and we welcome walk-ins.
If support staff is unavailable, please leave a voicemail with as much detail as possible regarding your issue/technology need. This will automatically generate a request in the ticketing system.
By emailing the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org from your HSU e-mail account, a request will be automatically generated in the ticketing system. When submitting a technology request / issue, please provide as much detail as possible. Include error messages (if applicable).
There is a PC located in the Sandefer Memorial 3rd Floor Lobby that can be used to go through the Reset Password Process in HSU Central.
Needing help with a non-HSU owned Personal Computer?
We recommend that you verify that your PC has a current Antivirus application installed. Just look in the System Tray (small icons near the time display) for an Antivirus application. Open your antivirus and make sure it is current.
