Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)

In addition to TXBON approval, PHSSN is nationally accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.  Third party comments to the CCNE regarding PHSSN's qualifications for accreditation may be mailed to the address below, and will be accepted only with signed comments.

Texas Board of Nursing (TXBON)

The Patty Hanks Shelton School of Nursing has conditional approval from the Texas Board of Nursing. Graduates are eligible to write the NCLEX-RN (the national examination for registered nursing).
