Associate Director of Residence Life

The Associate Director of Residence Life (ADRL) provides administrative oversight for the residence education component of a comprehensive residence life & housing program. The ADRL oversees the recruitment, training, and evaluation of the department’s staff of Residence Directors, Senior Resident Assistants, Resident Assistants, Chaplain’s in Residence as well as the programmatic efforts of the department. They are an essential partner in the education, development, and empowerment of the whole student with the goal of leading a vibrant Christian community that is fully engaged in the academic and co-curricular life of the university.
