Hardin-Simmons University offers two options for Off-Campus Housing for both undergraduate and graduate students who meet the requirements*. All housing is within just a few blocks of campus, which makes for an easy and quick commute in a car, on a bike, or even on foot. The two options consist of an arrangement of houses and duplexes to the north and west of the campus. Two sections of apartments are also location to the north of campus.

 

*Applications must be filed in advance and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to fill requests with priority given to those applicants with families. However, due to the limited number of available units, some substitutions may be necessary.
