I came to HSU in the fall of 2005 and found a home away from home. The ability to walk into a professor’s office and discuss questions or life was far more than I could have hoped for. I chose HSU for the small class size and the ability to freely engage all subjects. I graduated with a degree in Business Finance and worked most of my collegiate time at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church and the HSU alumni office. I went on to pursue other career paths but quickly found that I was called to be placed back into a position to work with college students.
