If the automated download does not work, click on the “Windows Desktop” link to download an installer package. Then double-click on the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install Cisco AnyConnect.

Run Cisco AnyConnect from the Start Menu. A new icon will appear in the system tray (by default, this is located at the bottom right corner of the screen).
