The HSU Help Desk is your primary contact for all technology related needs. We are located in Sandefer Memorial Room 303 and welcome walk-ins. Hours: 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00.
The HSU Help Desk strives to resolve basic issues immediately and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate support staff as necessary. The Help Desk utilizes a ticketing system to ensure that your requests are logged and assigned to the appropriate support staff for timely resolution.
Emailing the Help Desk from your HSU mail account will automatically generate a request in the ticketing system.
