Financial Settlement is the final step in securing your enrollment at Hardin-Simmons University. The dates listed below are deadlines for Financial Settlement each semester. Also referred to as “Settle-Up Day”, one-fourth of your tuition balance for the semester (after applicable financial aid) will be due on these dates. If your first payment has not been received by the financial settlement date, the student will be dropped from classes and will have to repeat the registration process.
During the process of Financial Settlement, please be sure to fill out the Business Office Fee Sheet. This will allow the Business Office to know which meal plan you are choosing, amount of Cowboy Cash, PO Box, and Decal fees.
