Photo: Nearly 300 students stand in line near the pond to create thier own spirit t-shirt for Homecoming game
Students are invited to tie-dye shirts to wear on Saturday to support the HSU Cowboys during the Homecoming game. Students select from V-neck and crew neck tees at $2 per shirt.
Tables will be set up on the lawn with all the supplies for tie dying. Students from the Student Activities Board will be on hand to help pass out shirts and help with painting supplies. Coordinator of student activities, Brittany Suell, says t-shirts sell out every year.
“This is a fairly new event for HSU students,” says Suell, “the event was created to heighten student involvement in Homecoming. We expect anywhere from 250 to 300 students to participate in the event.”
