Hardin-Simmons University works to mesh the scholarly with the spiritual, to push the capacities of the intelllect as a means of expanding the capacities of life in Christ. Education happening here is a facet of the sacred. The people who work here live their work. Whether they are compiling your financial aid or teaching you a specialized subject, these folk invest their lives in this place because, whatever they do, they do "as unto the Lord" (Eph. 6:7).
