Dr. Judy Shipley

Dr. Judy Carrington Shipley, associate professor of educational
studies, is a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, where
she earned the Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education.
Shipley completed her Master of Education degree in supervision
of instruction at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and the
Doctor of Education degree in curriculum and instruction, with a specialization
in technology, at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
She is a member of Texas Computer Educators, the
International Society of Technology Educators, and Kappa Delta Pi, an
International honor society in education. She has served as the counselor for
the Xi Sigma Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi at Hardin-Simmons University.
