Dr. Robert Moore

Dr. Robert (Bob) Moore, professor of fitness and sport
sciences, is the program director of the Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation
(KSPR) Master’s Degree Program as well as an advisor to the EC-12 All-Level
Physical Education Undergraduate Program.
Moore is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College
Station, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
He completed his graduate studies at Southwest Texas State University at San
Marcos, Texas, receiving the Master of Education and Doctor of Education degrees
from East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas.
Currently Moore is pursuing a Master of Theological Studies
at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.
His work experience includes 16 years on the Hardin-Simmons
University staff and five-year tenure at various levels of instruction from
kindergarten through high school. Moore is also the current director of religious
education at Holy Family Catholic Church.
