Assistant Professor of Biology (Microbiology)

Hardin-Simmons University invites applications for a tenure track, assistant professor position in Microbiology. A doctorate degree from an accredited institution is required at the time of appointment. Candidates must be able to teach Microbiology and related courses. Preference will be given to applicants whose academic emphasis includes microbiology, virology, immunology or related sub-disciplines. Teaching load is normally 12 hours per semester. Position start date is no later than August 2013. Search will remain open until filled. Review of applications will begin March 1, 2013.
