ASMF Scholarship Application

All forms (application, scholarship, recommendation) are due by May 4th 2012.

A limited amount of scholarships will be awarded to students grade 8-12 based on merit or need. Students who can demonstrate outstanding merit (i.e. All State participant or equivalent) or financial hardship are encouraged to apply. All forms (application, scholarship, recommendation) along with the $50 registration fee must be on file before any consideration will be given. Scholarship notification will be sent out by May 25th, 2012.

*Please list your musical training, experiences, and/or honors (include private/ensemble study, UIL Solo/Ensemble Contest participation, All- State participation, school/church orchestra participation etc.).
