The information you provide in the application is entered into the HSU computer system and is a basis for admission to the university.  Please carefully review the information you enter prior to submission for accuracy.

All materials submitted to meet admission requirements become the property of Hardin-Simmons University and cannot be duplicated for the student (i.e., transcripts, etc.).  The Federal Rights and Privacy Act prevent the release of a student's record without the student's authorization.

Hardin-Simmons reserves the right to deny admission to any student who does not fully comply with admissions procedures established by the University. These admissions decisions will be determined in a manner consistent with state and Federal non-discrimination laws.
