Application to the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program for Fall 2010 closed October 15, 2009.
Please apply for Fall 2011 beginning June 1, 2010.
NOTE: Transitional DPT application is open year round.

      Submit your $50.00 application fee (if first-time HSU applicant)
      Submit your $100.00 application fee (Transitional DPT Program Only)
