APPLICATION CHECKLIST

for Freshmen
+	Application for Admission
+	$50 non-refundable Application Fee payable by phone (325.670.1217) using a credit card or check payable to Hardin-Simmons University.
+	Satisfactory SAT or ACT scores
+	Final High School Transcript mailed directly from the high school to the Office of Enrollment Services. (Temporary approval may be granted on a three-year high school transcript.)
+	3 Letters of Recommendation

for Transfers
+	Application for Admission
+	$50 non-refundable Application Fee payable by phone (325.670.1217) using a credit card or check payable to Hardin-Simmons University.
+	Official Transcript mailed directly from all colleges and universities attended to the Office of Enrollment Services.
Transfer students with less than 24 transferable college credits must also submit:
+	Final Official High School Transcript
+	Satisfactory SAT or ACT Scores

Applicants approved for admission must also submit:
+	Health Form
+	Housing Agreement (If you plan to live on campus.)
+	$100 Housing Deposit (If you plan to live on campus.)
+	Texas Residency Affirmation
+	Technology User Policy
+	Agreements and Certifications

NOTE: Students that have obtained college credit hours prior to high school graduation must apply according to freshman admission guidelines.
