Business Office Services:
Purchase Cowboy Cash: Prepaid money on student identification card Can be use like a debit card at Burger King, Java City, cafeteria, HSU bookstore, and on campus laundry facilities
Refund check requests–process refunds when student account has a credit balance
Registration statements (schedule of fees, costs, etc.)
Student account inquiries–account balances
Billing and Payments:
Statements are mailed on the first day of every month until the account is paid in full.
Payment plans:
Three payments after the student financial aid is subtracted The first payment is required before the semester begins.
The next two payments are due on the 25th of the following two months.
A finance charge of 1.5% will be added to the last payment
Method of payment: Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Personal check ($15 charge on any returned checks) Cash payment
