SUMMER READING 2011
This year's HSU Summer Reading choice was The Last Lecture by Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch, whose powerful last lecture in the face of a terminal cancer diagnosis challenges us to more carefully consider what it means to truly live.
HSU provided the books to students involved in New Student Orientation, and HSU faculty hosted Discussion Groups on Dr. Pausch's lecture during NSO in August, 2011.
The HSU General Education Council is hosting The Last Lecture Series, four opportunities for students to continue thinking about the challenges Professor Pausch presented in his book:
