Robert P. Sellers, Ph.D.

Dr. Sellers joined the Logsdon faculty in 1998. He brings more than 25 years of experience in international missions in Indonesia and the Philippines. He has previously taught at two Indonesian institutions, the Asia Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary and the Indonesia Baptist Theological Seminary both in Jakarta, in Semarang. Dr. Sellers also served as a lecturer and missionary in residence at Baylor University and Truett Seminary. He has contributed articles to journals and periodicals and co-authored the Namegivers (1971). Dr. Sellers has also authored numerous papers and publications for Indonesian Baptists.
Dr. Sellers has served Indonesian congregations as well as churches in the United States in a variety of ministry positions. He currently leads Logsdon students in mission immersion experiences in this country and abroad, including Brazil, Africa, western Europe, and the Navajo Nation in Arizona.
