Clinical Experiences (all required unless otherwise indicated):

  • General Athletic Training Clinic (minimum 60 hours/semester for 3 semesters during off-campus clinical assignments)
  • Orthopedic Surgery -- Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (minimum 6 weeks; 12 hours/week; at least 8 surgical procedures)
  • General Medical -- Chad Ezzell, MD, Primary Care/Sports Medicine office (minimum 3 weeks; 10 hours/week)
  • Rehabilitation -- West Texas Rehab Sports Center (minimum 6 weeks; 12 hours/week)
  • Spine/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation -- Texas Sport & Spine (minimum 3 weeks; 10 hours/week)
  • High School (optional) -- Abilene High School or Cooper High School (minimum 6 weeks; 10-15 hours/week)
