HSU Help Desk provides assistance to our students in the following areas:
- Passwords for access to HSU resources such as labs, Blackboard, email, etc.
- Accessing the HSU LAN and wireless network from your personal computer.
- Virus remediation (free anti-virus software available).
- Information on discounted software and hardware.

- Self-service kiosk
- A kiosk is available outside of Sandefer Memorial Room 303. Bring your HSU ID card with you to retrieve your network username and password.
