The HSU Helpdesk strives to resolve basic issues immediately and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate support staff as necessary. The Help Desk utilizes a ticketing system to ensure that your requests are logged and assigned to the appropriate support staff for timely resolution.
Methods of Submitting Requests

- Employee Access Form
- The Employee Access Form is used to request the granting or revoking of network access for a new or former employee. The form automatically creates a request in the ticketing system.
