The HSU Helpdesk strives to resolve basic issues immediately and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate support staff as necessary. The Help Desk utilizes a ticketing system to ensure that your requests are logged and assigned to the appropriate support staff for timely resolution.

The Employee Access Form is used to request the granting or revoking of network access for a new or former employee. The form automatically creates a request in the ticketing system.
